Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup onions
- 1 tsp mustard
- 3 eggs
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce optional
- 2 cups instant oats optional or cracker crumbs

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Mix all ingredients together except for the cracker crumbs or oats. Add enough cracker crumbs or oats to create your desired thickness.
- 10-15 minutes before the meatloaf is complete, apply the ketchup on top of the meat loaf.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until meatloaf comes away from pan.
