Grandma’s Meatloaf Recipe

An all time favorite version of Grandma’s Meatloaf recipe. Can’t you just taste it now.

Grandma's Meatloaf

Servings: 4 servings

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup onions
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 3 eggs
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce optional
  • 2 cups instant oats optional or cracker crumbs

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Mix all ingredients together except for the cracker crumbs or oats. Add enough cracker crumbs or oats to create your desired thickness.
  3. 10-15 minutes before the meatloaf is complete, apply the ketchup on top of the meat loaf.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes or until meatloaf comes away from pan.
