After taking several vacations to the the Gulf Coast, (Abrian) Clay was introduced to one of their most popular appetizers, Smoked Tuna Dip. Clay immediately fell in love with the dish and decided to bring the recipe back home to introduce Memphians to this unique taste.
The tuna is transported from the Gulf of Mexico to Memphis, then smoked on the grill for two hours. After the smoking process is completed, other ingredients are added to harmonize the dish which give its addictive taste.
Several batches are made through out the month and hand delivered to each customer; the majority of the customers reorder for each batch.
