The firm originated when Lundy W. Daniel “hung his shingle” in 1968. Since that time his son, Ben Daniel, joined the firm in 1993, and Ben’s wife Elizabeth Daniel joined in 1995. Virginia Williams began with us in 2008.
Our fees are generally on a contingent basis, meaning we don’t get paid until you do. We advance all the costs of litigation, subject to reimbursement upon completion of the case. Your initial visit is always free.
