This is a 24 hour facility. Staff is there Mon – Fri 7am to 7:30pm and Sat 8am to 12pm. All members have 24 hour access to fitness center. We are a full service gym. There are personal trainers for hire for anyone looking to have one-on-one training or small group training. Inquiry within for details.
